“There is more to this story that is going to be shocking,” she continues. “That’s what I’m going to say. More to the story.”
As for Colt’s ex-wife, Larissa, she also brought the drama to the first part at all, being combative not only with Colt but with another 90 Day Fiancé: Happy Forever? couple season 5 Andrei and Elizabeth. Robinson says the mood at tell-all has definitely changed due to the coronavirus pandemic, with cast members no longer able to be in the same room during filming. She notes that a surprising result is that in many cases the cast members have become more daring than ever before – especially when it comes to testing. the famous Angela.
“Here’s the problem, when we moved into our virtual world after COVID-19, usually we were in studios in New York, couples were flying away,” she explains. “Some internationally, others who live here in the US were coming to the studio. And when we started doing this virtually, I was like, ‘Gosh, this isn’t going to be that interesting because we’re not not in the studio, people will not be able to leave. They will not be able to confront each other. Oh sister, let me tell you, when you are behind the camera, you have all the courage to say whatever you want to do. It doesn’t matter who. I was like, “What’s going on?” They leave and you’ll see in this story, someone is going on Angela. Now you know, in person, you wouldn’t go. not with Angela. Behind your webcam, oh you’ve got all kinds of nerves. “
Robinson also says that while she clearly tries to stay neutral while organizing the reveals, there is a cast member in the current special that she couldn’t help but feel in a way.
“We’re going to get into a storyline in part two and there’s someone I just wanted to say, ‘You know what, what’s wrong with you? Literally, what’s wrong with you? ‘”She shares. “If I had been there in person I don’t know what I would have done. … I just don’t really understand what their motivation is for doing what they’re going to do.”
“I think you need to assess if this is a relationship you should be in,” she adds of advice she would give that person. “There’s somebody that I – I mean, ‘Do you think that’s the relationship you need to be in?’ Now, if I tell you who I see growing up to, that would give that answer, because I think that person might be at the point where they say, ‘Mmmm …’ “
Robinson notes that there’s a lot more drama going on in parts two and three of the tell-all.
“You’re going to see more of Colt and Jessica’s shocking story,” she shares. “You’re going to hear more about Kalani and Asuelu’s family dynamics and you’re going to have more surprises. It’s always a crazy surprise. 90 day fiancé, so there is always a crazy surprise. “
She also talks to ET about the incredible popularity of the 90 day fiancé franchise, and says she is recognized around the world for hosting witnesses. A memorable fan encounter happened at an airport.
“A very conservative guy, really buttoned up, and he said, ‘My wife and I love the show,’ and he said that was really about the universal thing about people wanting to be loved,” she recalls. “And he said, ‘We will do anything to be and feel loved. And so when you see other people making choices that you don’t understand, it all comes down to this desire to be needed by someone – to feel good., for you know, just to feel loved. And so I think he really summed it up. “
