We want your feedback: Glamorgan’s approach to diversity and inclusion

Glamorgan Cricket is committed to making the game of cricket a game for everyone.

We are currently working with the National Center for Diversity to reach Investors in Diversity. The award is a nationally recognized accreditation for equality and diversity that recognizes excellence in this field.

Organizations, like us, who adhere to the Investors in Diversity process aim to learn as much as possible from our members, clients, and all those who engage with our facilities and services regarding how you think we are. promote equity, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement (FREDIE) in its policies and practices.

We would really like everyone who engages with Glamorgan Cricket to complete a short questionnaire, to allow the appropriate people at the National Center for Diversity to assess Glamorgan Cricket’s strengths and areas of development, and whether it meets the required standard. to be recognized as a fair, equal and inclusive organization according to the Investors in Diversity standard.

From there, an action plan will be generated that we will review the progress later in 6 to 12 months to determine if we are making the right kind of progress.

As such, we would be delighted if you could take a few minutes to complete the survey and give us your perspective. It should only take a few minutes and your feedback will really help us in this process. Your responses will remain completely anonymous and allow you to express your honest opinion about your experience and knowledge of our organization in relation to our work on equality, diversity and inclusion.
